New Level Safety was commissioned by a national insurance company to provide bespoke extranet training packages to support their workplace activities.
Our terms of reference included the provision of a database to automatically record delegate details whenever they completed specific training exercises and on line competency examination for each package. The client was also keen to accommodate an element of humour without losing any impact on the purpose.
New Level Safety set about producing bespoke training packages for Induction, Workstation Safety, Fire Safety, and Line Managers responsibilities and continuously reviewed each stage of the individual training packages with the client.
With both visual and animated effects, all four training packages have been implemented into the workplace, readily available for all employees to access via the company intranet within budget at a unit cost of less than £1k.
The packages have been well received by the client and members of staff as they provide an informal, bespoke, and relevant approach to the needs of the business, and include a fully web based examination and management system for recording and assessing delegate competencies without the provision of external training bodies.
New Level Safety continue to support this client with the adaptation of health and safety training packages and have recently been appointed to provide the client with external competent support in relation to all aspects of health and safety.
