Stuart Harlow – Co. Director

Stuart has a level of experience and understanding regarding health & safety spanning some twenty years and has appointed a number of key specialists in their own respective fields to provide the level of strategy and service delivery required in today’s market. Previously working in house and directly for FM organisations Stuart provides excellent ‘hands on’ direction and control systems for all aspects of Health & Safety with specialist support in the area of Fire Safety and CDM. Previous contracts include: British Gas, Royal Opera House, Morgan Sindall, Millenium Dome, L’Oreal, BSI, Visa, Ordnance Survey and the GMC.

Tim Mack – Co. Director

Tim is a strategically minded project manager with 30 years experience in corporate management, renewables and land management. His extensive business experience in both private and corporate sectors has given him a broad range of Project Management, Strategic Planning, Policy preparation and operational implementation skills. He is an experienced Manager and Leader, accustomed to managing and obtaining buy in from culturally diverse teams. His particular areas of interest are strategic management and renewable energy. Previous contracts include: Shell, Morgan Sindall and Ordnance Survey

Pete Fisher CMIOSH EurOSHM – Co Director

Pete draws on over seventeen years experience in both the public and private sector, including Shell International, the Open University and Local Government supporting Health & Safety. During his time with Shell, Pete was the Lead Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Adviser with Shell Real Estate Services managing the provision of an integrated HSE management system for an international business, which provided advice and consultancy services in the areas of real estate, property and facilities management to the Shell Group. His skill base includes the provision of policies and procedures based on the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 principles. Previous contracts include: Shell, Morgan Sindall, Ordnance Survey, National Maritime Museum, Visa, GMC and Activision

Godfrey Woodhouse FIIRSM

Godfrey’s career developed from a traditional electronics apprenticeship based at the Atomic Energy Research Establishment Harwell developing and working on reactor instrumentation and at numerous reactor sites around the UK. His broad commercial experience has been gained from the management of high speed data acquisition systems for Rolls Royce jet engines, deployment projects for Hydraulics Research Institute, general management of computer bureaux, and project management of the construction and fit outs of large Telecommunications switching facilities and ground aerial installations, as well as various health and safety advisory functions.

Dave Barrett

Dave is a highly motivated and experienced trainer at all levels. He has generated and facilitated training courses with successful results, demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of the client business with over 30 years experience training personnel in a variety of professions. From 1987 to 1997, Dave was a Warrant Officer with the Grenadier Guards and after completing active service in the Gulf, he successfully went on to train the entire Royal Household for Royal Duties and Ceremonial occasions in London. Promoted to Regimental Sergeant Major, Dave assumed responsibility for Health & Safety. Dave has received many awards during his career including CIEH CPD Certificate – Stress Awareness; Qualified First Aid Instructor; The Service Medal of Order from St. Johns Ambulance, Qualified CISH Trainer in Advanced Food Hygiene and a Certificate of Accreditation from The Trainers’ Charter.

Michael Hanley - MBIFM ACIOB

Michael has a wealth of experience spanning twenty five years as a Project Manager in major construction and refurbishment programmes. His wide range of experience has seen him provide support to a number of blue chip organisations from a variety of industries including British Gas, Lloyds, Utilities, and West End Theatres. His skill base includes Planning Supervision under CDM regulations, general workplace safety, and property surveys. Previous contracts include: Royal Opera House, Ordnance Survey, Visa, GMC and Galileo

Paul Chatley

Joining New Level Safety after a long and successful career with BT, Paul provides the support mechanism across the entire business with the provision of company administration and credit control. Paul has retained an interest and full individual membership of both the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) and the Emergency Planning Society (EPS) since working with both organisations during his time at BT and utilises his experience within the company.

Michelle Mitcham

Michelle is a highly experienced Manager with a strong background in operational and office management, with proven experience working with all levels of personnel. Responsible for steering our Quality Management Systems and developing / preparing technical client data and reports, Michelle is an integral part and valued member of the business. She undertakes all tasks and challenges thrown at her with enthusiasm, commitment and a continuous smile on her face. Personal qualities include a positive personality, reliability and integrity, with a pro-active approach encompassing excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
