Tim Mack – Finance / Group Director
Tim is a strategically minded project manager with 30 years experience in corporate management, renewables and land management. His extensive business experience in both private and corporate sectors has given him a broad range of Project Management, Strategic Planning, Policy preparation and operational implementation skills. He is an experienced Manager and Leader, accustomed to managing and obtaining buy in from culturally diverse teams. His particular areas of interest are strategic management and renewable energy.
Michael Hanley MBIFM ACIOB - Director New Level Estates
Michael has a wealth of experience spanning 15 years as a Senior Manager within the Construction and Facilities Sectors. His wide range of experience has seen him provide support to a number of blue chip organisations working within a number of industries including Transport, Hoteliers, Insurance, Petrochemical and Theatre. His skill base includes acting as the Client Representative, developing workplace strategies and property management.
Pete Fisher LCG1 CMIOSH EurOSHM – Director New Level Safety
Pete draws on over 20 years experience in both the public and private sector, including Shell International, the Open University and Local Government supporting Health & Safety. During his time with Shell, Pete was the Lead Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Adviser with Shell Real Estate Services managing the provision of an integrated HSE management system for an international business, which provided advice and consultancy services in the areas of real estate, property and facilities management to the Shell Group. His skill base includes the provision of policies and procedures based on the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 principles. Business sectors include Shell, Morgan Sindall, Ordnance Survey, National Maritime Museum, Visa, Netapp, General Medical Council and Activision
Paul Chatley - Finance & QA Manager New Level Safety
Joining New Level Safety in 2005 after a long and successful Management career with BT, Paul provides the support mechanism across the entire business and provides Finance and Quality Management for New Level Safety maintaining its ISO 9000-2008 accreditation. Paul was a member of both the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) and the Emergency Planning Society (EPS) during his time at BT and utilises this experience within the company.
Andrew Shaw GCGI Grad IOSH AIEMA – Associate Director
Andrew is a highly motivated and diligent health and safety specialist with 24 years of military experience in Her Majesty’s Forces. Andrew displays good communication skills and meticulous organisational qualities; he is a mature and focused individual who can motivate others through inspiration and leadership. Andrew is experienced in health, safety and environmental management; he also has a sound teaching background experience, is qualified to the NVQ Level 4 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector (PTLLLS) level and is an Occupational Health and Safety Examiner for NEBOSH (Levels 3&6 in the National Vocational Qualifications)
Michelle Mitcham
Following a successful and enjoyable career in the oil and petro-chemical industry, Michelle joined New Level Safety in 2009 keen to pursue a career in health and safety. Initially employed as a Health and Safety Assistant to one of our major clients and now as Health and Safety Advisor, Michelle has proven herself to be a dedicated member of the team and is respected highly by her fellow colleagues and those she engages with to promote a positive health and safety workplace. Having passed the Nebosh Certificate with distinction in 2011, Michelle is working hard towards attaining her diploma in Health and Safety this year to ultimately gain CMIOSH status.
Michael Tapley - DipOSH, GradIOSH
Mick has many years experience as a Senior Manager within the Newspaper Industry, he ran several production sites at director level then moved into the commercial operational side where he was responsible for the running of various newspaper titles over an 18 year period. He has experience at all levels and is a strong communicator with all levels of staff. He became involved in health & safety over 10 years ago as part of his responsibilities within the newspaper industry. His skill base includes general health & safety implementation, auditing, negotiation, he has achieved the British Safety Council Health & Safety Level VI Diploma, NVQ4 Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector and is currently working towards Chartered Status with IOSH.
Dave Barrett
Dave is a highly motivated and experienced trainer at all levels. He has generated and facilitated training courses with successful results, demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of the client business with over 30 years experience training personnel in a variety of professions. From 1987 to 1997, Dave was a Warrant Officer with the Grenadier Guards and after completing active service in the Gulf, he successfully went on to train the entire Royal Household for Royal Duties and Ceremonial occasions in London. Promoted to Regimental Sergeant Major, Dave assumed responsibility for Health & Safety. Dave has received many awards during his career including CIEH CPD Certificate – Stress Awareness; Qualified First Aid Instructor; The Service Medal of Order from St. Johns Ambulance, and a Certificate of Accreditation from The Trainers' Charter.
