The results of a 'Management Survey' (previously Type 1 or 2) and 'Refurbishment and Demolition Survey' (previously Type 3) form the basis of any asbestos management plan. Our comprehensive site survey reports contain information such as location and risk assessment of asbestos containing material (ACM, and appropriate recommendations, priorities and time scales. All reports include digital photographs of ACM as well as annotated CAD drawings; these would comprise the asbestos register as part of the management plan for each building surveyed.
We can carry out all three types of building asbestos surveys as outlined in the MDHS 100 standard (published by the HSE) depending on your requirements.
