Booking terms and conditions

1) Cancellations
Delegate cancellations

Any cancellation or transfer after registration will incur administration charges as follows:

  • 31 days or more before first day of the course – £15;
  • 15-30 days before – 50% of the course fee;
  • 0-14 days before – full fee charged.

Any cancellation, transfer or substitution must be made in writing (by post or email) prior to the course date.

Cancellation by New Level Safety Ltd

New Level Safety Ltd reserves the right to cancel any course. In this case, the full fee will be refunded.

2) Delegates with special needs
New Level Safety Ltd aims to ensure that our training events are fully accessible to all of its delegates. Please help us to do this by informing of us of any special needs you may have, either on the registration form or by email.

3) Payment of fees
We shall issue you with an invoice where our accepted methods of payment are listed:

  • BACS
  • Cheques

4) Registration
Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment and will include venue details, travel information, directions and course timetable.

5) Feedback
We will ask for your feedback on the day or immediately after the course. We would be very grateful for your help in this matter.
