Nigel is a Chartered Building Surveyor, both experienced and successful in the delivery of Property, Facilities and Project Management Services within the corporate environment. His many roles over recent years have seen him adopt Lead interface for corporate companies, and for FM providers, including Risk Management, Change Management, Contract Management, Project Management, and business support across extensive property portfolios including multi-million pound budgets. Nigel also acts as a link between the company and the RICS, and provides mentorship to junior members, and currently sits as a panel judge for the RICS on the Test of Professional Competence.
